Q. How much does it cost?
Compared to the potential return, professional home staging is one of
the best investments a seller can make. Define by Redesign charges as
follows:
- Initial 2-hour consultation . . . $175
Includes the walk-through starting at the curb and concluding with a list of recommendations - Professional shopping services . . . $ 75/hr
- Follow-up walk-through . . . $ 75
Q. Does every room need to be staged?
Usually not. Main living areas are the ones that sell homes, so that’s
our primary focus.
Q. Do I have to be there?
You can schedule a Define by Redesign visit at your convenience, but
you do not have to attend. A detailed list of home staging recommendations
will be provided to you.
Q. What if I can’t afford all the changes?
Define by Redesign can help you pinpoint the most essential adjustments
for staging your home. We can also work within your budget to buy high
quality materials, contract services, and pass along professional discounts.
Q. What is your service area?
The Define by Redesign office is based in Franklin, but we serve several
other Massachusetts towns within a 25-mile radius, including Franklin,
Foxboro, Wrentham, Norfolk, Mefield, Medway, and Millis.
